    My Bio

    Todd brings over twenty-five years of benefit consulting combined with management of service center solutions. Prior to joining Pension Live, he gained valuable experience at Mercer, Perot Systems and Benefit Partners.

    Todd’s experience includes:

    • Defining operational processes and procedures
    • Coaching and developing associates
    • Measuring and reporting call center performance
    • Managing work flows and the fulfillment process
    • Balancing monthly pension payments changes across clients

    Todd has served many clients throughout his career, including Calpine Corporation, Cardone Industries, CompUSA, Lennox International, Textron Retirees Group, and Wilson Sporting Goods.
