Jesse Cox brings nearly twenty years of consulting with employers relating to compliance, plan design, accounting and funding of their retirement programs. Prior to forming Pension Live, he gained valuable experience at Hewitt, PricewaterhouseCoopers and Benefit Partners, where he focused primarily on delivering creative ideas, which benefit his clients from both an HR and Financial perspective.
His experience have included designing qualified and non-qualified retirement plans that are consistent with the plan sponsor’s objectives, Performing due diligence work in regards to employee benefit obligations involving merger/acquisitions, including integration of employee benefit plans, determining the required funding and accounting for pension and post retirement medical plans. Jesse also has experience with developing and preparing comprehensive benefit statements for employee benefit plans and Assisting in collective bargaining negotiations, specifically regarding the cost effect of plan design changes.
Jesse earned a B.S.B.A. in both Accounting and Actuarial Science from Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa.
