    Heather is a dedicated professional with over fifteen years of experience in the employee benefits profession. Prior to joining Pension Live, she gained valuable experience at Humana, Benefit Partners and Affiliated Computer Services. Heather’s range of experience as a consultant, HR manager, and carrier representative provides her with a unique viewpoint from varying perspectives allowing effective management of service center solutions.

    Heather’s experience includes:

    • Analyzing and reporting plan and service center performance data
    • Reconciling payment files across clients
    • Developing operational practices
    • Managing new business implementation
    • Overseeing service center logistics and fulfillment processes

    Heather has served many clients throughout his career, including General Atomics, Calpine Corporation, Cardone Industries, CompUSA, Lennox International, Affiliated Computer Services, Inc., Fossil, DFW Airport, The City of Fort Worth, Whole Foods, Texas and Southwestern Cattle Raisers Association, Boeing, BIMBO, JPS Hospital System, and Wilson Sporting Goods.
